The heritage harbour and quay are not to be missed and the many pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets create a friendly continental atmosphere. Blue flag, award winning Tunnels Beaches, The Harbour, Damien Hirsts 'Verity', The Ilfracombe Aquarium, The Ilfracombe Museum, The Landmark Theatre, St Nicholas Chapel, cinema, golf, mini golf, boat and fishing trips, watersports, swimming pool, chocolate emporium and art galleries are all within a few minutes walk from the apartment.
The surrounding area.
Whether you are looking for a quiet relaxing break or something a bit more adventurous then the area surrounding Ilfracombe is for you. The golden, sandy, award winning beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are great for surfing or just soaking up the sun. We are based on the edge of Exmoor National Park with miles of picturesque scenery and pretty villages to explore. The walks, views and wildlife are spectacular and you may well see some Exmoor ponies, stags and owls hunting. There is also the opportunity to explore the Tarka Trail, a 180 mile walking and cycling trail traversing North Devon and Exmoor and features the longest, traffic-free cycle route in the UK. Cycles may be hired locally.

If you are looking to keep the younger ones entertained then there are a number of theme parks, animal parks, horse riding, quad biking, bowling and coasteering adventures to be had.
