Clarian Apartment is a comfortable, well equipped, 2 bedroom apartment with stunning panoramic sea views over Capstone Hill (see above) and the town beyond. The apartment is on the third floor of a grade II listed Georgian terrace building in a peaceful location. We have been awarded the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence for 3 years running followed by the Trip Advisor Travellers Choice Award, so you can be assured of our excellence standards. Clarian is ideally located for Ilfracombe Harbour, Tunnels Beaches and Fore Street which are all just a few minutes walk from the apartment and offer an excellent selection of restaurants and shops.
The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults with the addition of a travel cot and high chair for our little visitors. We have comfortable furnishings, fixtures and fittings throughout and both the lounge and the master bedroom boast panoramic sea views and superb sunsets! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need including a dishwasher to help with the washing up, you are on holiday after all! We have also included a washer/dryer, just in case. Added benefits include free WiFi, full central heating, private off road parking and towels and bed linen provided.
We are ideally located for beach lovers and surfers with the golden sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands just a few minutes drive away. Ilfracombe itself is located on the outskirts of Exmoor National Park with it's spectacular scenery, walks and wildlife, and for those who love to cycle the nearby Tarka Trail offers over 180 miles of breathtaking scenery, don't forget your camera!
